Why We Built This Site
Georgia gives the public broad access to many court and government records, but Dooly County records are not held in one office or one search box. The Clerk of Superior Court handles Superior and Juvenile Court records, including civil, criminal, juvenile, real estate, lien, FiFa, UCC, notary, jury, and related filings. Probate Court handles wills, estates, guardianships, marriage licensing, vital-record requests, weapons-carry licensing, and some traffic citations. Magistrate Court handles local warrant, preliminary, dispossessory, and lower-civil matters. The Sheriff's Office handles jail, warrant, booking, and law-enforcement records.

This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any Georgia court, Dooly County office, clerk's office, sheriff's office, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:

- We cannot give legal advice or explain how a specific case applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or address listed on this site is current right now
Only the issuing court or government office can provide a certified copy with an official seal. We can point you to the right office, but the document has to come from them.
